Returns and Exchange

I want all my customers to be 100% satisfied with my product. Returns are accepted 7 days from the date of receipt.

The Item must be in un-used and in new condition (No Wear Marks,Scratches,Scuffs,or Alterations of any Kind)

All Returns will be charged a 20% restocking fee. NO EXCEPTIONS

EXCHANGES- If you ordered the wrong belt size or you want to exchange your holster, please send a copy of the invoice or a note with your address, email address and what you want exchange for and include $8.95 for shipping.  We cannot charge your credit card.

Any Custom orders such as Initials,Tooling,Dyed (Black or Dark Brown) Lined holsters,or Exotic Skins are not Returnable. NO EXCEPTIONS

If you receive a item in a box it must be returned in a box not a padded envelope this will assure your return will arrive in new condition and not crushed by the post office.

If I receive a return that is not in new un-used condition I will return the item to you at your expense no exceptions.

Please note all CANCELED orders will be charged a 15% cancellation fee  I am sorry, but I get charged for every transaction to accept your card and I do not get a refund on these fees. NO EXCEPTIONS
