Lead Time
I know no one likes to wait but, Most all items are made to order and
estimated lead time is about 16-20 weeks. we can only make so many holsters a day. All Large orders, Special requests,
Lining, Dyed Leather, Exotic skins, and Hand Tooled items will take up to 2-4 weeks longer. Keep in
mind you are buying a one of a kind 100% handmade product made in Texas by Texans and quality
is my only goal ! not quantity. We Do Not mass produce or import any thing we make. I assure you it will be well worth the wait.
This lead time is only an estimate of
expected delivery.
Because every Custom Order is different in every way and takes extra time to complete.
If the item does not say "In-Stock" then it has to be made and will take the estimated lead time as stated.
We are a very small true Mom and Pop shop so, please do not confuse us with other big name brands. Renee and I wear many Hats around here. So, Please have patience.
Please, if it has not been 16-20 weeks since you placed your order please do not email me checking on the status of your order this only slows down our production and will cause your and other customers a head of your order to take longer. You will receive a email with tracking # from USPS Priority Mail when it ships. When we are answering Email's we are not building leather..hope you understand.
If it has been longer than expected feel free to check with me and I will do everything I can to see what the hang up is and speed things up for you.
All orders must be paid in advance. My Credit Card System will only save the Card info for 30 days. So, all orders must be prepaid.
Please note all CANCELED orders will be charged a 15%
cancellation fee. I am sorry, but I get charged for every transaction to
accept your card and I do not get a refund on these fees. So, If you can not wait please do not order.
I do not mean to sound like a broken record but, We still have customers that place a order for a Custom Holster or other items and 2 days later they email wanting to check the status of the order? or, want to know is it ready yet? or, why has my order not shipped yet?
As you can see by our customer count on the home page we are very, very busy and doing all we can to take of everyone we can. We are not trying to ignore anyone or be rude in any way. There is only so much the few of us can do. Thank You in advance for your patience and your Business.
